Local operations and Administrative Assistant (Korean Speaker)

A Korean company, Goongbiolabs, is seeking a proactive and organized individual to serve as our primary liaison in Indonesia. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and operations between the headquarters in Korea and local partners, as well as providing administrative support and market research.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the local point of contact in Indonesia
  • Handle administrative tasks as requested by the Korean representative
  • Conduct simple market research
  • Respond to requests from the Korean office
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Additional Duties (Taking only small portion of the job):
  • Collaborate with the company's Korean team to manage produce content for the company's Social Networking Service accounts
Requirements:
  • Able to do administrative work and become a point of contact
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Candidates with experience in social media content creation and management will be preferred.
