Destination Asia Indonesia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Leisure Executive to join our Bali-based team. If you thrive on crafting unforgettable travel experiences and delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Leisure Executive, you’ll be the front line of our travel design team — working directly with international agents to create custom travel proposals, manage reservations, and ensure that every guest experience runs smoothly from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone with a background in tailor-made travel, excellent organizational skills, and a deep love for Indonesian destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
Reservations & Itinerary Management
  • Respond to incoming travel enquiries with creativity, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and itineraries aligned with clients’ budgets and preferences.
  • Handle reservations for hotels, activities, transfers, restaurants, and services for FITs and groups.
Operational Coordination
  • Ensure all arrangements and passenger details are updated accurately in the operating system (e.g., Travel Studio).
  • Work closely with internal departments and partners to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and thoughtful service recommendations.
Client Experience & Communication
  • Act as a trusted travel advisor, building strong relationships with agents.
  • Manage customer issues or complaints with care and professionalism.
  • Support payment handling, invoicing, and coordination with the Accounting team.
Performance
  • Achieve high conversion rates from enquiry to booking.
  • Maintain quality service standards and meet individual and team KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, business, or languages preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian destinations and travel products.
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in travel or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with tailor-made travel services, FIT/GIT bookings, and international markets (UK, USA, EU, LATAM).
  • Experience with travel software systems like Travel Studio or Tourplan is an advantage.
Skills:
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused mindset and positive, team-oriented attitude.
