Responsibilities

• Managing the Company's Legal department including negotiating and drafting internal and external agreements relating to the company operations, bank credit, corporate actions, licensing, and company legality, and ensuring the company's obligations as a legal entity are following applicable laws and regulations.
• Guide management on the legal implications of business decisions.
• Manage potential legal risks and ensure they are mitigated effectively.
