Responsibilities

Perform thorough contract reviews, analyse legal cases, and provide accurate and effective legal opinions and advice for the company's litigation cases.

Ensure timely filing of cases, monitor their progress, and provide regular updates to the relevant division leaders.

Prepare necessary documents for both internal and external use.

Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with external parties, including regulators, external counsel, legal partners, notaries, and government officials.

Handle both criminal and civil cases occurring within the corporate environment (Pidana, Perdata, and TUN).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable University.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in corporate legal, litigation, and commercial law.
• Preferably possess an advocate license.
