Job summary

A leading property group in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Leasing Manager to conduct leasing activities, attract new tenants, and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the Mall Industry and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field. Good communication and negotiation skills are essential. The role involves preparing a target list for prospective tenants and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of working experience in Leasing or Commercial in the Mall Industry.
• Proficient knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all Leasing activities including attracting new tenants and rental negotiations.
• Prepare a target list of prospective new tenants suitable for the mall.
• Responsible for contract and business agreements between tenants and the company.
• Work with tenants to develop retail standards as per lease obligations.
• Maintain good relations with prospective and current tenants.

• Conduct all Leasing activities including attracting new tenants, prospective clients, rental negotiations, and developing marketing plans in order to achieve the goals targeted by company.
• Prepare a target list of the prospective new tenant, both local and national retail individual or group that suitable for area unit which available to Lease in the mall.
• Responsible for contract/business agreement between tenant and company including reviewing and negotiating lease agreement.
• Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation.
• Maintain good relations with prospective tenants and current tenants.
