An AI-driven organization in Jakarta is seeking a Founding Technical Leader to build and optimize AI systems from the ground up. This role involves designing and implementing critical AI pipelines and mentoring engineers. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of engineering experience with a strong ML background and proficiency in Python, as well as familiarity with another backend language. This is a unique opportunity to create a globally impactful consumer AI product within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years engineering experience is required.

• Experience in production LLM / RAG is a must.

This is a founding technical leadership role. You will act as the principal builder of A1’s AI systems - writing production code, designing ML pipelines, and setting engineering standards while directly shaping how our AI works in the real world.
