A leading influencer marketing agency in Jakarta is seeking an Influencer Manager to research and source new influencers. You will build relationships with talent managers and agencies to execute brand activations in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in influencer management, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in KOL/Influencer Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with MCNs.
  • Familiar with Shopee Livestream and capable of building strategies.

  • Actively research, identify, and source new influencers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent managers, agencies, and KOLs to execute brand activations and content campaigns.
  • Develop and manage an influencer database.
  • Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms to create impactful brand experiences.
  • Negotiate costs effectively to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Implement influencer engagement campaigns by coordinating with influencers on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Monitor competitor and influencer social media feeds to stay updated on trends and emerging aspirations.
  • Conceptualize and manage demand-driving strategies, including executing and creating events involving influencers and KOLs across beauty, technology, and popular culture sectors.
Requirement
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in KOL/Influencer Management or a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks).
  • Familiar with Shopee Livestream and capable of building strategies to increase brand GMV.
  • Possesses an extensive database of Nano, Micro, and Macro KOLs.
  • Bachelors degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing a broad range of talents, particularly in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning abilities for both online and offline campaigns; highly creative and skilled at brainstorming.
