Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to coordinate and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Actively monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to expand business with key clients.
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on account activities and progress.
• Request rates to agent.
• Monitor shipment from point-of-loading (POL) until entry into the customer's warehouse.
