Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling client contracts, account setup, quotations, and related configurations
  • Follow up on client requests to ensure timely execution of sales matters
  • Maintain existing client relationships and monitor client sending activity to ensure satisfaction with services and products
  • Update client information and internal system records
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and support decision-making
  • Arrange client meetings, calls, or online conferences
  • Collect client feedback, organize issues, and submit them to the sales/operations team
  • Maintain client documentation, contract archives, and quotation history
  • Be on standby and respond promptly to client messages and work communications
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate independently with international clients/suppliers
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
  • Skilled in data analysis and spreadsheet creation
