Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or medical device industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular is an advantage.
  • Having Product Management training certificates will be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing strategy for each product owned by the company.
  • Monthly monitoring and evaluating marketing plan.
  • Provide suggestions and input to the R&D team regarding product development.

Job description

Junior Product Manager will work under the supervision of the Senior Manager Market Development in the Marketing division. It is responsible for developing strategies and monitoring the implementation of strategies to achieve the targets of each product owned by the company. Under the Marketing Department, the Product Manager must work very closely with the sales and business development department, as a key function on brand or product teams in order to achieve short and long-term company goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing marketing strategy for each product owned by the company
  • Socialize the marketing plan to the sales team and ensure that all policies made and activities carried out by the sales manager follow the strategy that has been made
  • Monthly monitoring and evaluating marketing plan
  • Provide ROI reports for all marketing activities that have been done
  • Conduct market research to gain relevant information including competitors, pricing, and target markets
  • Monitoring competitor activities through subordinates and sales team
  • KOL engagement and customer satisfaction monitoring
  • Coordinate with the sales team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Provide suggestions and input to the R&D team regarding product development based on customer needs and demands
Qualifications:
  • Preferably Bachelor Degree in medical, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, or related study
  • Having Product Management training certificates will be considered as an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or medical device industry
  • In-depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in Bahasa and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers, and suppliers
