Job description

Ruswin is seeking a Junior CCTV Technician (Trainee) to join our Bali team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who have basic technical skills, computer and IT networking knowledge, hands‑on tool experience, and a strong interest in learning security systems.

👉 This is a field‑based role, not an office job. Candidates must be willing to work outdoors and on active project sites.

👉 A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good work ethic are the most important requirements for this role. Full training and mentoring will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with CCTV installation, servicing, and maintenance
• Support installation of UTP, power, and basic fiber optic cabling
• Mount cameras, brackets, conduit, and related equipment
• Safely operate hand and power tools on site
• Learn basic setup and configuration of IP cameras, NVR/DVRs, and monitors
• Assist with basic IT networking tasks (LAN connections, IP addressing)
• Support system testing and site handover
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
• Follow company safety, quality, and work procedures
• Travel to project sites in Bali and other locations as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum SMK / Diploma in Electrical, IT, Computer, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of IT networking
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic English required
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic (most important)
• Comfortable working outdoors on project sites in a field‑based role
• Punctual, honest, and responsible
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Willing to travel for project work
• Able to pass a medical examination
• Able to pass a police background check (SKCK)
• SIM C preferred
• Domiciled in Bali or willing to relocate

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: IDR 3.200,000 – 4,000,000 per month (in accordance with Bali UMK, based on location and experience)
