An IT solution company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Account Manager to develop relationships with potential customers and drive sales. Responsibilities include monitoring orders, collaborating with product teams, and enhancing IT knowledge through training. Ideal candidates should have at least a diploma in IT or Business and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the IT sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also essential for success in this role.

To present our products and solutions to the customers, helping them become more successful by using our products & solution and do a tight follow up to generate sales
Responsible to process and monitor incoming orders and ensuring delivery lead time is met, including project management, contract management, and overall deal succession.
To work closely with product team and develop your IT knowledge by attending learning/training class.
Exceptional spoken, and written presentation skills, in the context of one to one, small groups and large audiences
