Responsibilities

  • Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ), quotations, and process POs from customers.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
  • Update the sales funnel weekly.
  • Participate in product update sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with presales and engineers for suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate quotations with customers and principals.
  • Call customers for product campaigns and follow up on their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ), quotations, and process Purchase Orders (PO) from customers, monitoring the order process until delivery.
  • Follow up on customer complaints or issues and ensure proper resolution.
  • Update the sales funnel on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in product update sessions held by internal teams or principals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and principals.
  • Collaborate with presales and engineers to propose suitable solutions to customers.
  • Negotiate quotations with customers and principals.
  • Make calls to customers for product campaigns and follow up on their needs.
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Having more than 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing, especially with CRM platforms, is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of IT products/services such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software, or hardware.
  • Good appearance, able to work both independently and in a team, honest, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented.
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Passionate about Marketing and Sales.
  • Proficient in English (mandatory); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
