Job Description

• Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks: You will be responsible for installing and configuring software, hardware and networks, ensuring they are working properly, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Maintaining system security: You will be responsible for ensuring the security of the technology infrastructure by implementing and maintaining firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures.
• Monitoring system performance: You will monitor the performance of the technology infrastructure and make adjustments as needed to ensure that it is running optimally.
• Creating and managing user accounts: You will be responsible for creating and managing user accounts, ensuring that users have the access they need to the systems and applications they require.
• Troubleshooting issues: When problems arise with the technology infrastructure, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving them as quickly as possible.
