Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Architecture artifacts including Business, Application, Data, Integration, Infrastructure, and Security architectures for solution architecture deliverables.
2. Communicate Solution Architecture artifacts to stakeholders and gather their views.
3. Obtain necessary approvals for architecture artifacts.
4. Own and maintain the Architecture repository for applications, business processes, and infrastructure.
5. Manage changes to the Architecture repository.
6. Lead Enterprise Architecture management for AXA ID, developing a holistic view of the organization’s IT strategy, processes, data, and system assets.
7. Create and maintain current and future system application and infrastructure blueprints.
8. Maintain knowledge of and plan for each product portfolio in coordination with Business Analysts and Solution Designers.
9. Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps to IT and Business users.
10. Design future system architectures to meet business needs.
11. Research technology trends and market developments.
12. Define technology standards and policies.
13. Support the development of the annual IT Strategic Plan.
14. Experience or involvement in constructing applications/software, system integration projects, and application design.
15. Experience with system implementation involving hardware and infrastructure.
16. Experience in leading software/system delivery as a Team Leader or Project Manager.
