Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, team members, and upper management.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular meetings to update all parties on project progress and address any concerns.
• Assemble and lead a diverse project team, assigning tasks based on skills and expertise.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Monitor project risks and adjust plans as necessary to avoid or minimize impact.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration.
• Experience in Marketing Software Development, Business Operational Information System. AI development is a plus point.
• Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues, good English is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
• Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
• A bachelor's degree/Diploma degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta and occasional business trips across cities.
