Responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, You will be responsinble to lead the defined service line(s) in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. The work model for the role is hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services You will be mainly accountable for:

• Acts as the Product owner for the Compliance Engine for Security Assessment and Risks (CESAR) tool.
• Translates security and compliance requirements to end user interface for assessments delivered through the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules on the SNOW platform.
• Responsible for design and automation requirements gathering and oversee Development, Integration, operation, and maintenance activities of CESAR.
• Manages and maintains documentation, end user manuals, high-level and low-level architecture and flow designs of the CESAR tool.
• Accountable for communication, training and awareness of stakeholders, as well as for timely reporting of CESAR tool
• Responsible to design, implement and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer's expectations.
• Accountable for creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) in order to increase transparency between the service provider and the Service Owner, and to provide feedback about the service's performance, availability, capacity, etc

Qualifications for the role
