PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (the “Company”) is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager – Investor Relations to join our Corporate Governance, Legal & Investor Relations Division.

This role is key to strengthening the Company’s engagement with investors and analysts — ensuring transparent communication, accurate disclosure, and alignment with the Company’s corporate communication, governance and compliance framework. As part of the division, you will bridge financial performance and market perception by delivering timely investor communication, managing disclosure obligations, and supporting the Company’s reputation in the capital market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly corporate presentations
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of information
  • Organize Public Expose and Investor gatherings
  • Strengthen analyst coverage and maintain relationships with the investment community.
  • Oversee Share Price Monitoring & Analysis reports, tracking trends, valuation benchmarks, and shareholder movements.
  • Coordinate crisis communication and disclosure during special situations or corporate actions.
  • Conduct peer benchmarking on investor relations practices, disclosure quality, and valuation metrics to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Investor Relations within a publicly listed company, preferably with exposures on Corporate Finance
  • In-depth understanding of OJK and IDX disclosure regulations and capital market best practices.
  • Strong analytical and financial communication skills.
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal).
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across functions, especially with Corporate Secretary, Finance, and Legal teams.
