A leading marketing firm in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. The role involves managing partnerships, driving operational excellence, and monitoring campaign performance. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. Oversee and Execute Marketing Campaigns
Manage the day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met.
Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure a consistent brand message is delivered across all channels.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring marketing activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Manage Partnership Marketing Activities
Serve as the main point of contact for external marketing partners, handling day-to-day communication and coordination.
Support the manager in acquiring new partners by preparing presentations, collecting necessary data, and assisting in contract finalization.
Ensure the successful activation of co‑marketing campaigns by overseeing asset delivery, campaign launch, and performance tracking.
Monitor and Report on Campaign Performance
Collect, track, and analyse key marketing metrics and KPIs on a regular basis.
Create clear and concise performance reports for the manager, highlighting key findings, results, and actionable insights.
Proactively identify issues and suggest solutions to optimise campaign performance and improve the cost‑to‑result ratio.
Facilitate Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as a project coordinator, facilitating communication between the marketing team and other departments, such as Product, Creative, and Digital.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and have the information they need to contribute effectively.
Organise and lead project status meetings, documenting action items and key decisions.
