Job Description:
  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Sales Forecasts. Use Customer Feedback To Generate Ideas About New Features Or Products, Research And Discover Methods To Increase Customer Engagement And Execute Sales Analysis, Prepare Sales Reports, Suggest Improvements.
  • Drive Improvement In Proposal Process. Improved Turn-around Time. Manage Quotation Database And Provide Analysis To Management. Work With Finance, Operation & SSC Teams To Coordinate Production Planning & Deliveries.
  • Set And Track Sales Targets And KPIs. Ensure Sales, Finance, Budget, Legal Policies And Procedures Are Met. Coordinate Sales Projects To Meet Deadlines.
  • Manage All Customer Communications, Addressing Needs In A Timely And Appropriate Manner.
  • Manage And Overview Of Customer Support Teams. Implementing Customer Support Processes To Enhance Customer Satisfaction. Formulating And Revising Customer Support Policies And Promote Their Implementation.
  • Manage The Team To Provide Application Support To Sales Team. Drive New Business Initiative. Make Technical Presentation. Study And Analysis New Market Opportunity.
Job Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial/sales environment and a solid technical knowledge.
