A new home-care brand in Jakarta is seeking a KOL Manager to manage partnerships and optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a strong grasp of English, and at least 2 years of experience in KOL management. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and monitoring social media trends to ensure successful outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
Native Bahasa Indonesia; English at B2–C1 level.
At least 2 years of experience in KOL management for online brands selling on marketplaces.
Proactive, structured professional with strong awareness of social media trends.
Strong communication skills and a broad network of local and national KOLs.
Familiar with affiliate systems/programs on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.
Able to multitask and manage 30+ KOLs per month.
Source, build, and manage KOL partnerships on favorable terms.
Plan, coordinate deliverables, and ensure on-time publications.
Monitor content and campaign performance to ensure optimal results.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, product) to align strategies.
Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations based on performance data.
