Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and growth targets within the chemical industry.

Manage and expand the industrial customer base, ensuring long‑term business partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and achieve business objectives.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales agreements to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to support smooth sales operations and customer service excellence.

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably within the chemical or specialty chemicals industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
