We produce clutch packs and torque converters for automatic transmission vehicles that provide their users with a comfortable driving experience and we make clutch disks and covers used in manual transmission vehicles all over the world.

Responsibilities
  • Communication with trade unions
  • Experienced in managing and ensuring compliance with corporate audits.
  • Familiar with litigation/mitigation processes.
  • Experience in and involvement with the preparation and socialization of Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB).
  • Experienced in conducting coaching and counseling.
  • Skilled in handling disciplinary issues and employee complaints.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Law or Management
  • Have Advocate Profession Education (PERADI Certification) (optional)
  • At least 4 years of experience in the field of industrial relations and HSE
  • Proven experience and understanding of the Omnibus Law, industrial relations dispute management, and resolution.
  • Experience in human resource management, including recruitment, employee development, and administration.
  • Experienced in managing and ensuring compliance with corporate audits.
