Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of company regulations and CLA.
  • Assist in handling industrial relations disputes through bipartite processes.
  • Monitor updates on labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare mandatory labor-related reports for government institutions.
  • Assist in labor audits and follow-up actions from inspections.
  • Maintain good communication with the Manpower Office.
  • Support company licensing processes.
  • Organize and archive legal documents and prepare internal reports.
  • Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement and CSR programs.

Qualifications

  • Assist in handling industrial relations disputes through bipartite processes
  • Monitor updates on labor laws and regulations (Labor Law, Omnibus Law, etc.)
  • Prepare mandatory labor-related reports for government institutions (Manpower Office, BPJS Employment)
  • Assist in labor audits and follow-up actions from government inspections
  • Maintain good communication with the Manpower Office and other government bodies
  • Support company licensing processes
  • Organize and archive legal/industrial relation documents, and prepare internal reports on labor issues
  • Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement and CSR programs
