Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery of ICT and MSSP projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Execute project activities such as requirement tracking, deployment coordination, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure timely issue resolution during implementation.
• Serve as the operational liaison between clients and internal delivery teams throughout project execution.
• Translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans and coordinate follow-ups on deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with technical, network, and security delivery teams to ensure integrated ICT solution delivery.
• Work with vendors, subcontractors, and internal units to ensure all dependencies are aligned and managed.
• Facilitate handover to operations and managed service teams after successful deployment.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the required technical and service quality standards before project closure.
• Validate that documentation, testing results, and acceptance criteria are completed as per delivery checklist.
• Support post-delivery review sessions to capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or related roles, preferably in the enterprise software or IT services industry.
• Proven track record of success in leading pre-sales engagements, developing technical solutions, and driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, including cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
