Job summary

A leading telecommunication engineering company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC engineering projects for data centers. The ideal candidate will have a relevant university degree, project management experience with over 1000 racks, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is required as it will be the working language. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Energy Engineering, Telecommunication, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical.
• Experience in data center end-to-end delivery, especially HVAC engineering management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong resistance to pressure and proactive with a rigorous work style.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third‑party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
• Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
• Keep the customer in confidence/satisfied and act in the best interest of the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Energy Engineering, Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or Electrical.
• Experience in data center end‑to‑end delivery, especially HVAC engineering management.
• Master the relevant standards and specifications of the Indonesian data center industry, and be familiar with the overall solution architecture of the data center.
• Must have Indonesian data center industry equipment and engineering delivery resources experience.
• Project delivery experience with more than 1000 racks is required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; English can be used as a daily working language.
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, broad‑minded, rigorous and meticulous work style, strong communication and coordination, teamwork ability, strong control ability, strong resistance to pressure.
