Job summary

A regional company is seeking an HR Officer to shape a supportive work environment in Jakarta Utara. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws. Ideal candidates will have a related bachelor's degree and 0–3 years of HR experience, along with good organizational skills and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with strong internships will be considered.
  • Possessing Thai will be an advantage, although not compulsory.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities from job postings to onboarding.
  • Support employee engagement programs and internal communication.
  • Organize training sessions and track development plans.
  • Handle HR administration including contracts and records.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration with finance.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

About the Role

This role covers recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR operations to support our businesses across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities—from job postings to interview arrangements and onboarding.
  • Support employee engagement programs, CSR activities, and internal communication.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking development plans.
  • Handle HR administration, including contracts, employee records, and HRIS updates.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and SCG’s internal policies.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with strong internships will be considered.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. (Possessing Thai will be an advantage, although not compulsory)
