Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for outlet staff (crew, cashier, kitchen, supervisor)
  • Manage onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, shift schedules, and leave data
  • Coordinate payroll, overtime, incentives, and BPJS administration
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and outlet SOPs
  • Support performance evaluations and staff development initiatives
  • Coordinate with outlet managers regarding manpower planning and staffing needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
