A technology company in Bandung is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions and manage employee experience activities. This role requires 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar area, and expertise in organizational skills, follow-up, and attention to detail. The position necessitates strong English communication capabilities and involves coordinating HR operations, maintaining HR calendars, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a salary between IDR 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 per month.

As our team grows, we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR function and ensure that day-to-day people operations and employee experience activities are executed consistently and reliably.
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating HR operations and employee experience details that support the full employee lifecycle.
This role focuses on execution, follow-up, and consistency. You will work closely with our Workforce Operations Manager and Payroll & Compliance Finance Manager to ensure nothing important falls through the cracks.
This is not a strategic HR role and not a payroll or compliance position.
