Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute employee standards and procedures
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding
- Educate, train and supervise employees on common HR topics
- Maintain management guidelines in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Create reports for senior management
- Suggest and implement advanced, best‑practice HR strategies and procedures
- Manage and oversee the entire recruiting and hiring process
- Oversee payroll submissions and payments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Understanding of federal HR laws
- Knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
