Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute employee standards and procedures
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Educate, train and supervise employees on common HR topics
  • Maintain management guidelines in preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Create reports for senior management
  • Suggest and implement advanced, best‑practice HR strategies and procedures
  • Manage and oversee the entire recruiting and hiring process
  • Oversee payroll submissions and payments
