A Managed Service Provider company in Jakarta is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and oversee KPI and performance management. The role involves designing Learning & Development programs and managing General Affairs functions. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management and have at least 2 years of experience. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Capital/Human Resources.
Strong understanding of recruitment, KPI/performance management, Learning & Development, and General Affairs.
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Able to think strategically while remaining hands‑on in daily operations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in accordance with company needs.
Oversee and monitor KPI and employee performance management.
Design and implement Learning & Development programs.
Manage General Affairs (GA) functions related to office facilities and operations.
Prepare reports and provide strategic HC recommendations to management.
