Position Overview

The Head of Human Capital is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing all people-related strategies, programs, and operations across the organization. This role oversees recruitment, talent development, performance management, compensation processes, and employee data management. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership while ensuring strong employee engagement, high operational standards, and alignment between human capital initiatives and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
    • Plan, lead, and monitor end-to-end recruitment activities.
    • Oversee the fulfillment of manpower needs based on workforce planning and ad-hoc requests.
    • Collaborate with universities, career centers, and community networks to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Employee Development & Training
    • Plan and supervise the implementation of training programs, seminars, knowledge sharing, and talent development initiatives.
    • Identify employee development needs and ensure timely execution.
  • Employee Data & HR Systems
    • Oversee comprehensive management of all employee physical and digital data, including HRIS updates.
    • Ensure data accuracy and up-to-date employee records.
  • Compensation, Benefits & HR Administration
    • Plan and formulate compensation and benefits policies.
    • Oversee the issuance of employee acceptance, transfer, and promotion letters within set timelines.
  • Performance Management
    • Organize and monitor KPIM and performance appraisal processes across all units.
    • Ensure timely submission of KPI forms and performance evaluations.
  • Employer Branding & Culture Development
    • Develop and oversee employer branding strategies and activities.
    • Support programs that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and mentor the Human Capital team to ensure goals and KPIs are met.
    • Serve as an advisor and business partner to management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields; or at least 5 years of equivalent experience in human resource or general management.
  • Experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in HR Generalist, Recruitment, or People Development roles.
  • Strong leadership presence and mental resilience, capable of partnering with senior management while maintaining empathy toward employees.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
