A leading data center operator in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HSE Document Controller to manage HSE documentation and support compliance. The role involves maintaining document control systems, supporting audits, and ensuring regulatory standards are met. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in a relevant field, relevant HSE certifications, and 2-3 years of experience in the construction or data center industry. Strong knowledge of HSE standards and proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.

As an HSE Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing all HSE project and operation related documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accessibility. This includes maintaining document control systems, supporting audits, and ensuring that all safety and environmental records are organized, traceable, and aligned with company and regulatory standards. You will also support the team in developing and delivering safety training and ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
