HRGA Staff
  • Conduct recruitment, promotion, rotation, and demotion processes in accordance with company needs.
  • Handle HR-related training and development.
  • Manage and maintain the work environment, including building rent payments, company vehicles, utilities, facilities, waste management, parking, office supplies, PPE, uniforms, and general infrastructure.
  • Paying attention to and managing office supplies, facilities, and other infrastructure for employees, including PPE and uniforms.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Law/any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as HRGA Staff.
  • English language skills are an advantage.
  • Understanding of the recruitment process from A to Z.
  • Proficient in using assessment tools such as DISC, Kraeplin, Intelligent, etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with all HR administrative tasks (attendance, overtime, BPJS, etc.).
  • Advanced in using MS Excel (IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot, SumIf, etc.).
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively with a team.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang.
