Job summary

Job description

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to management.

Monitor and update employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Conduct performance evaluations based on KPIs and work targets.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.

Maintain positive employee relations and update HR policies as needed.

Handle day-to-day HR operational activities, including attendance monitoring, leave management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and supporting daily employee inquiries.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools for managing employee data and performance tracking.
  • Solid understanding of performance management, KPI evaluation, and employee development frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of developing benchmarks and handling HR reports.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a must
