Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HRGA strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Monitor purchasing for office supplies and lead the technician team.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Design, implement, and monitor training programs for warehouse staff, focusing on skills development, compliance, and performance improvement.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop and implement compensation structures that align with company goals and ensure provisions of cost‑effective benefits plans.
- Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs.
- Provide employee services and counseling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management from a reputable university.
- At least 5–10 years of experience as an HR Manager; experience in shipping and forwarding companies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership, and analytical thinking.
- Deep knowledge of industrial organization, general affairs, recruitment & development, payroll (compensation & benefit).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Based in Jakarta or able to work in the Juanda area (head office).
- Ready to join as soon as possible.
