Job summary

A logistics company is looking for an HRGA Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HRGA strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Monitor purchasing for office supplies and lead the technician team.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design, implement, and monitor training programs for warehouse staff, focusing on skills development, compliance, and performance improvement.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and implement compensation structures that align with company goals and ensure provisions of cost‑effective benefits plans.
  • Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs.
  • Provide employee services and counseling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management from a reputable university.
  • At least 5–10 years of experience as an HR Manager; experience in shipping and forwarding companies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, and analytical thinking.
  • Deep knowledge of industrial organization, general affairs, recruitment & development, payroll (compensation & benefit).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
  • Based in Jakarta or able to work in the Juanda area (head office).
