HR Specialist (Experienced Officer Level)

PT POLY Education Indonesia is seeking an HR Specialist (Experienced Officer Level) to

manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure structured people management in compliance

with Indonesian labor regulations.

This role will work closely with HQ Manager, Finance, GA, and department heads to support

company operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment needs with each department
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring documentation
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor employee contracts (drafting, renewal, termination)
  • Maintain employee database, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination with GA and system access
  • Manage HR systems (attendance, leave, employee data, payslips)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR SOPs and internal policies
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and warning letters
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations
  • Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
  • Handle work permit (KITAS) administration for foreign employees
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience as HR Officer / HR Specialist / HR Generalist
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law & HR compliance
  • Hands‑on experience in recruitment, contracts, BPJS, payroll coordination, and disciplinary handling
  • Firm, objective, and professional in handling employee relations
  • Detail‑oriented and able to manage confidential information
  • Able to work independently and coordinate cross‑department
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field
