A payroll services company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Payroll Staff member to join its team. The role involves processing monthly payroll, managing national health insurance contributions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to employees on payroll matters. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of HR Payroll experience, proficiency in English, and strong skills in Ms Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This position may require travel to remote areas, including Sumatra and Kalimantan.
Process monthly payroll, including salary, allowances, deductions, and tax calculations
Manage BPJS Kesehatan (national health insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (employment social security) contributions and reporting
Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related matters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation
Assist with the preparation of payroll-related reports and analysis
Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to address any payroll-related issues or discrepancies
