Job summary

A leading fintech startup in Indonesia is seeking a Human Resources professional to act as a bridge for employee concerns and handle HR administration tasks. Responsibilities include managing employee inquiries, processing contracts, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of related experience, be proficient in MS Excel, and possess strong multitasking abilities. A good command of English is a plus, along with familiarity with HRIS systems.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to grow and explore new areas.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison for employee questions regarding company policies.
  • Follow up on probation and contract renewals.
  • Administer leave requests and enforce policies.
  • Advise management on special employee situations.
  • Assist HR Manager with promotions, demotions, and terminations.
  • Help in compliance data collection.
  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

Job Description
  • Act as the employee liaison for their questions and concerns related to the company policy and employment
  • Responsible to follow up and process probations and contract renewals
  • Administer leave requests;check for allowance, eligibility, and enforce policy
  • Advise people managers in handling special employee situations
  • Support HR Manager in the paperwork for promotions, demotions, and terminations
  • Support HR Manager in collecting data and documents for compliance
  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding process
Qualifications
  • Have 1-2 year experience or at least internship for similar capacity
  • Comfortable with multitasking and are willing to wear many hats
  • Proficient in MS Excel and its functions, including conditional formatting and other data analysis functions
  • Able to work fast and meticulously under pressure
  • Experience in HRIS system and its implementation is a plus
  • Have a desire to grow and explore new areas
  • Good in English (written & spoken) is a plus
