Job description
HR Officer (Temporary Placement - 1 Year)

Primarily support human resources administrative functions for CMA CGM Group Indonesia. This role focuses on handling HR documentation, registering employees across relevant systems, maintaining attendance and leave records, and coordinating vendor-related requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the recruitment process from job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, to coordinating with hiring managers.

Organize and deliver new hire orientation to ensure smooth onboarding.

Coordinate transfers, internal movements, and exit processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR database, and personnel files.

Handle HR-related documentation, contracts, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

Responsible for administrations involving vendor (e.g., insurance) in the B2B relations.

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedure.

Support initiatives related to employee engagement, communication, and wellbeing.

Work with payroll team on payroll, compensation & benefits administration, and group HR projects.

Ensure consistency and alignment with CMA CGM Group frameworks and standards.

Coordinate training programs, schedules, and records.

Maintain HR calendar and track mandatory training compliance.

Minimum Level of Qualification:

Min. 1 year professional experience in multinational companies as HR Generalist/Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
