A community service provider is looking for an HR professional to manage recruitment, training, and employee documentation. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and handling employment agreements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, 1-2 years of experience, and strong research and administrative skills. Recruitment process includes creating vacancy flyers, posting, sourcing candidates, selecting, and conducting interviews.
Handle employment agreements, monitor probation or contract statuses, and conduct evaluations during these periods.
Organize in-house and public training sessions, record attendance, and evaluate training outcomes.
Prepare reports related to recruitment, training, and other HR activities on a monthly and annual basis.
Update job descriptions and perform job analysis across all departments as needed.
Administer and maintain all HR-related documents, including employee records, recruitment files, and records of promotion, mutation, rotation, demotion, and training, ensuring they are valid and up-to-date.
Communicate company policies to all employees and conduct orientation sessions for new staff.
