Overview

PT. KMS Corp. Office Bali is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our HR department in various functions. The HR Officer will tasked with ensuring that all personnel administration in the Human Resource Department complies with the company's regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily checks for attendance, employee leave, tardiness, and others through the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of attendance before the payroll process
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of contract extensions, ensuring that all employee contract renewals comply with company regulations and that none are delayed
  • Perform employee data reconciliation, ensuring that all employee data is complete according to applicable standard procedures
  • Administer office car loan requests, ensuring that the administration of office car loans complies with applicable company regulations
  • Assist Employee Relations in relation to Employee Activities
  • Conduct reconciliation of HR PR and PO administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Prepare monthly human resource administration reports
  • Carry out Human Resource projects
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Graduated with a S1 in Accounting, Psychology, Management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to communicate in English
