Our client, a multinational heavy equipment manufacturing company, is seeking a candidate for the position of HR (Junior Supervisor).
Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Support HR Management in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and personnel administration processes.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with users regarding workforce needs.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, assignment letters, attendance data, and employee databases.
- Oversee the implementation of HR SOPs and ensure all company policies are properly implemented.
- Support training & development activities, including material preparation, training attendance, and evaluations.
- Handle employee issues at a basic level (employee relations) and provide recommendations to superiors.
- Assist the HR Supervisor/Manager in preparing monthly HR reports and analyzing workforce needs.
- Monitor discipline and attendance and coordinate with the payroll department for payroll purposes.
- Manage employee welfare programs such as BPJS (Social Security Agency), benefits, medical claims, leave, and work facilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/HR Management/Law/Management.
- 28-35 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (Recruitment, Generalist, or HR Admin).
- Experience in the machinery industry is preferred.
- Understanding of Labor Law, BPJS regulations, and HR Generalist fundamentals.
- Mastery of recruitment processes and HR administration, and the ability to manage employee documents quickly and accurately.
- Possess strong communication skills, be able to work in a team, and be results-oriented.
- Good English language skills (written and oral).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an HRIS system is a plus.
- Possess basic leadership skills, able to supervise a small team or HR operator.
- Honest, thorough, disciplined, and able to work to deadlines.
