About LK: L.K. Group was founded in 1979, focusing on three major industries: die-casting machines, injection molding machines and CNC machining centers. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006 (stock code: 00558 HK). We are seeking an experienced HR to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative operations in Indonesia. This role requires a deep understanding of local labor laws, employment compliance, payroll, benefits, recruitment, and government relations, ensuring smooth business operations while mitigating legal and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Management & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (Manpower Act, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, severance pay, etc.).
- Manage employment contracts, work permits (IMTA), and expatriate visas (VITAS, KITAS) in coordination with immigration authorities.
- Handle disciplinary actions, termination procedures, and employment disputes in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and update company policies accordingly.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) for local and expat hires.
- Develop relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and job portals to build a talent pipeline.
- Ensure proper job classification, salary bench marking, and hiring approvals (RPTKA for foreign workers).
- Payroll, Benefits & Cost Control
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in tax (PPh 21), BPJS contributions, and statutory deductions.
- Optimize HR budgets, benefits programs (THR, bonuses, insurance), and manpower costs.
- Conduct periodic compensation & benefits bench marking to remain competitive.
- Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for labor unions (if applicable) and manage collective bargaining agreements (PKB).
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement programs, training, and performance reviews.
- Administration & Government Relations
- Manage company legal documents (AKTA, NIB, SKDP, etc.) and business licenses.
- Liaise with government bodies (Ministry of Manpower, BPJS, Tax Office, Immigration) for compliance matters.
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, and workplace safety.
- Handle crisis management (e.g., labor strikes, legal audits, emergency protocols).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in Indonesia, preferably in multinational companies or manufacturers.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken), and fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, payroll, and expatriate visa processes, and practical experience in union negotiations, government relations, and compliance audits.
- Proficient in HRIS (Talenta, Gajimu, SAP HR) and Microsoft Office.
