Job description

As an HR Assistant Supervisor, you will support daily HR operations with a strong focus on Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, and HR Generalist functions. This role requires hands‑on involvement and the ability to handle employee‑related cases directly across multiple plant locations.

Responsibilities
  • Handle Employee Engagement programs and initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage Industrial Relations, including employee cases, disciplinary processes, and coordination with related stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.
  • Support HR Generalist activities, including administration, coordination, and reporting.
  • Understand tax calculation concepts related to employment; internal understanding is required.
  • Coordinate and travel to HCI plants across West Java when necessary to handle HR cases directly.
  • Prepare HR documentation, reports, and support HR Supervisor as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to Industrial Relations.
  • Strong understanding of HR Generalist functions.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law and employee relations practices.
  • Understanding of tax calculation is an advantage.
  • Willing to be based at KIIC (Karawang) and travel to all HCI plants in West Java.
  • Good communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work professionally in a structured and dynamic environment.
