Job summary
A human resources management firm in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee daily operations and manage recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, relevant HR certifications, and strong communication skills. You will ensure that HR practices comply with labor regulations and align with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP) certification.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- Supports the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department.
- Managing recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, training development, industrial relations, HR Administration, and HR policy & compliance implementation within the company.
- Ensures that HR practices align with the organization's strategic goals and labour regulations.
- Assist HR Manager to develop and manage effective industrial relations strategies (ensuring compliance with labour regulations, facilitating communication between management and employees, and handling disputes and negotiations).
- Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements :
