The Role

We're seeking an experienced and charismatic Live Host to conduct daily live streaming sessions for our Rosca brand on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. You'll be the face of our brand during live sessions, engaging with audiences, showcasing our products, and driving conversions through compelling storytelling and sales techniques.

This is a freelance, per-session role with performance-based incentives - perfect for talented hosts who want flexibility while earning based on results.

What You'll Do

• Host engaging 4-hour live streaming sessions daily on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live (platforms alternated, not simultaneous)
• Drive sales through energetic product demonstrations and compelling storytelling
• Engage with live viewers, answer questions, and create an interactive shopping experience
• Execute hard-selling techniques while maintaining an authentic, friendly persona
• Build product knowledge and communicate key features, benefits, and promotions clearly
• Monitor live metrics and adapt approach in real-time to maximize viewer engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with the team on live session planning and promotional strategies

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a live host on TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Live (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
• Track record of driving strong GMV and conversion rates during live sessions
• Energetic, bubbly, and friendly personality that connects with audiences
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with natural, conversational style
• Comfortable with hard-selling techniques while staying authentic and relatable
• Ability to maintain high energy and engagement throughout 4-hour sessions
• Based in Surabaya - this is an on-location role
• Flexible schedule with availability for daily sessions
• Quick learner who can absorb product knowledge and brand messaging

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience selling lifestyle products, drinkware, or consumer goods
• Understanding of young culture and communication style
