A leading technology firm in Indonesia is seeking a Telemarketing Manager to develop and execute telemarketing strategies. You will lead a team of 30–50 agents, oversee daily operations, and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of telesales experience and strong leadership skills, preferably in the financial industry.
Develop and execute telemarketing strategies to achieve sales and productivity targets.
Create call scripts, communication frameworks, and sales approaches.
Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales action plans.
Continuously improve lead utilization, conversion funnel, and contact rate.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a telemarketing team of 30–50+ agents.
Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and implement improvement plans.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and development programs for agents and supervisors.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
Oversee daily telemarketing operations to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with relevant departments for lead distribution and dialer/CRM system optimization.
Monitor real‑time performance dashboards and address operational issues promptly.
Ensure all telemarketing SOPs are implemented correctly.
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets for financing/credit products are met.
Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and execute corrective actions.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.
Analyze key telemarketing metrics:
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior management.
Use data‑driven insights to continuously optimize strategies.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and OJK regulations.
Identify and monitor potential fraud indicators in customer applications.
Maintain high standards of data privacy and call quality.
Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Collections, and Marketing teams.
Provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer engagement strategies.
