Job summary

A leading logistics company in Jakarta seeks a Security Manager to oversee security processes and support customer relations. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in security or risk management, knowledge of local security needs, and the ability to provide metrics on security incidents. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Customer

• External - Assist customer complaints with regards to security incidents.
• Internal - Support local M&S functions in security issues.
• Internal - Provide regional / country security management and local management with help and assistance.
• Internal - provide any requested metrics to management on security incidents and situation.

Stakeholder

• External - Develop relationship with local law enforcement.

Process

• Assist with / implement security documented processes and procedures at location / country.
• Assist with / complete risk classification, assessment and audit active for the location / country.
• Complete / assist with security awareness and security training at location / country.
• Security incident reporting in place.
• Complete / assist with implentation of security standards with sub-contractors and any new projects.
• Assist on installation / procurement of any technical security equipment for upgrade of new builds.

People-Management

• No additional authority over staff apart from that arising from the level of authority of nominee.
• No additional authority over staff apart from that arising from the level of authority of nominee.

Requirements

Divisional Experience

• Preference for 5 year minimum experience in division.

Functional Experience

• Basic knowledge / understanding of security concepts.
• Experience in security or risk management departments

Geographical Experience

• Preference of >5 years experience/knowledge in the (aware of local situation and needs)
