We’re seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue, brand presence, and market expansion across all business units. This leadership role blends strategy and execution — ideal for someone who can manage teams, build brands, and close big deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop sales strategies for B2B and B2C.
  • Build and manage strong pipelines through corporate, lifestyle, and community partnerships.
  • Mentor and manage the full sales team, including sales admin, outlet sales, and catering team.
  • Set, track, and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs across all channels.
  • Oversee integrated marketing strategy for all brands: digital, offline, partnerships, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agency partners for campaign execution, content, and paid media.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement across key touchpoints.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and continuously improve based on performance and insights.
  • Work closely with operations, culinary, and finance to ensure alignment in execution.
  • Lead product launch strategies and promotional initiatives across business units.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on market trends and customer behavior.
Requirements
